IG Live Interview: Bring Your Experience To Life Through PHOTOGRAPHY (Sunday Sessions)
I met Carolene Meli a few years ago when she hopped on a plane all the way from Europe to meet me in Bali for a one-on-one photography class and shoot. Anyone who takes travel so lightly is an instant friend of mine.
Then I went on to find out that she has four passports and has been living as a nomad for her whole adult life – and I knew I had a friend for life. Caro literally ran away with the circus, as she worked with Cirque du Soleil for many years, in charge of guest experiences, VIP visitors, and a lot of in-house training for their employees.
Since we first met in Bali, Caro hired me to shoot this project for her in Portugal, and then we went to Greece where she finally got to attend a Pangea Dreams retreat that I was leading.
Caro has always worked with clients in the tourism and travel industry, and her focus is helping brands with their guest experiences. Due to this abnormal 2020, she launched a series of online resources for businesses, including challenges, live sessions, and her consultancy.
She asked me to join her in conversation, as part of her Instagram live series. Having experienced photography for personal branding herself, and seeing me create for other brands aligned, she wanted to give her audience a glimpse into what it takes for great photography for businesses, personal brands, and experiences.
