Photoshoot Spotlight: Bingin Creative

photography
Creative photoshoot in Bali, Indonesia. Some of this photos are my favourite I shot last year, which shows how important it is to just get creative.

Shoot purpose: This shoot was actually just a creative, and believe it or not, it was shot on an iPhone. I was away for the weekend for a friend's birthday, and one of the girls was a model I've been wanting to collaborate with for a long time. We had a free afternoon and decided to just have fun and play. The second model joined us as she wanted some practice time in from of the camera. Some of this photos are my favourite I shot last year, which shows how important it is to just get creative.

Concept: I wanted to challenge myself to shoot on an iPhone, as I often like to prove it is not about the gear but the photographer. The vision and skills are more important than the equipment. I also wanted to stylize the shoot for a film look edit, so we worked with that in mind. Once I had the vision, I looked around the hotel to props and objects that could bring the vision to life.
