Photoshoot Spotlight: Monsieur Blonde

Industry: Fashion brand (lingerie and jewelry)

Shoot purpose: Campaign shoot.

Concept: The brand is based in Bali, but wanted to create a NYC feel for this shoot. Old school, rock and roll, effortlessly cool... We went through a casting process to find a model that had an interesting look and we fell in love with Stephanie. We found a NYC styled loft and brought props to create a feel.

How I got the gig: Monsieur Blonde came about from an outreach social media campaign I did to find new clients. The brand owner and I had a meeting and really clicked, and we worked together on 4 different campaigns and some social media content. Working with repeated clients is my favourite as you get to know them better and better and become really familiar with their brand, and creating rom their vision becomes easier.

Details: We had a vast amount of products to shoot, and limited time. Luckily MB works with a full team so we had a make up artist, stylist, assistants, behind the scenes crew, and more on set. We had to get creative to make sure all shots fit the campaign vision while still capturing the product clearly for e-commerce.
